Terms and Conditions of Service
GENERAL TERMS
- This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between both parties
- Any amendments must be made in writing and documented by both parties
- This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales
- By making a deposit payment you are agreeing to the terms and conditions of the service with Smile and Pose Photobooths Manchester.
PAYMENT TERMS
- Booking fee must be completed via bank transfer to secure a booking and date.
- Final Balance to be cleared 14 days prior to the event
- The booking fee not only secures the date this also means you have accepted the terms of the PHOTO BOOTH HIRE AGREEMENT & CONTRACT.
- Failure to pay the balance on time may result in cancellation of services.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- Booking fees are non-refundable.
- Cancellations made:
- More than 14 days before event: no further payment required
- Within 14 days: full balance remains payable
The Company reserves the right to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. illness, equipment failure). In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
The Client agrees to:
- Provide a safe, dry, and level space for the Photo Booth
- Ensure access to a standard power supply
- Obtain any necessary permissions from the venue
- Be responsible for any damage caused by guests
LIABILITY
- The Company will take all reasonable care but is not liable for:
- Loss or damage due to circumstances beyond control
- Failure to deliver services due to venue restrictions or power failure
- The Client is liable for any damage to equipment caused by misuse
IMAGE USAGE
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the Company reserves the right to use images taken at the event for:
- Marketing and promotional purposes
- Social media and website display
*Client may opt out by request.
FORCE MAJEURE
The Company shall not be liable for failure to perform due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters
- Government restrictions
- Power outages
